I am thinking that it is only slightly different b/c didn't the other stages before 7 decrease the rest times and increase the number of sets? I could be wrong, it's been a long time since I did NROLFW and I don't think I made it past stage 5.
how was the weekend? Very productive, the nesting is in full mode now w/ the baby's arrival 5 weeks away!
how were your long workouts? N/A
anything H&F related to AW? (great races, PRs, kickass workouts, perfected recipes, etc.) I've been eating much healthier and I did a pretty intense (for 35 weeks preg) workout on Sunday morning of circuit training. It was definitely a gym rut buster.
what was the most delicious thing you ate this weekend? Fried chicken sandwich from Wendys w/ BBQ sauce.
what are your H&F goals for the week? to be active more then 3x a week and do prenatal yoga.
