Hey girl hey. I'm mostly a lurker here too but- Also in NorCal, also sowing more oats than is wildly appropriate (post separation). Let's get drunk and weird?

kitkat, that would hurt my feelers too. rational or not. H was put on some new medicine which affected his ability to finish and I was all, "Oh hell no. We are calling your doctor and fixing this shit now!" Even KNOWING it was the medicine, I still felt like I had lost my ability to be good at sex. It really made me doubt myself. Has he talked to his doctor about it? There may be something medical there.
I don't think he's talked to a dr. I don't know if it makes a diff but I do finish him with either a bj or hj after sex so he does cum, just not with the actual sex.
Then I don't think this is a medical issue, speaking as a non-doctor who often needs a handjob to get off after sex. I love sex. I love orgasms. They don't always go hand in hand....pun intended?

I had a couple dates with a guy that I'm not much into at all. I had planned to stop seeing him until he bought tickets to a show he knows I am dying to see. I'll stop seeing him after tonight.
I don't like receiving cards of any kind. Birthday, thank you, etc. I don't mind pictures cards during the holidays but other than that I don't want them. Like I just look at it once & then what? I'm supposed to keep it on my desk, mantle, etc for a week then throw it away or put it in a box never to be looked at again?
I don't know, I guess they're just wasted on me.
This is so me. I hate clutter. Cards are clutter, period. I've learned the hard way though, if you tell any IRL friends about your hatred of cards, it will guarantee stupidass cards for every occasion.

Go girl! I had to do the same thing to a boy recently. He called me at 11:30 on Friday to see if I was available and I was like, "don't ever do that again."

I usually ask the parents "what so and so is into right now" because if you ask what they would like they always pull the "oh nooooo! You don't have to get a gift!" BS. Either it's not weird or I'm weird.
Also, DD is 4 and cannot be trusted to tell me what her friends like.

I shoot from the hip, so I often have a hard time hiding my true opinion about situations. I'm working on being a better listener and someone to vent to. But generally, my friends know that I am the person to come to if you want straight talk- be it cheer leading or CTJ.

After using frozen fruit, I will never understand why people would want ice in their smoothies. I recently broke my Ninja blender and I am devastated. My housewarming gift to myself is going to be a nutribullet I think.
I never ordered a copy of DS' birth certificate after he was born, and didn't notice until now when the state preschool is asking for it. Oops.

I'm sorry. I've been having (potential) landlord issues as well. No one wants to rent a tiny apartment to the chick with kids. Can you do any leg work to find a new renter? That's common in my area.

I'm a big purger, I do it at least twice a year. It feels good to cast off unneeded stuff, like PPs I am a clutter hater.
The only thing I will always hold on to is the small box of the kids' baby clothes/hospital bracelets/etc that I will someday make into a quilt or something. I'm really struggling with kid art lately. I love it all so much but I hate keeping stuff!
