They aren't new pets, but we will be doing a major move soon. We plan to make an appointment at the vet before we leave to get something for the cats. Is there anything I can get my 11 year old dog that is okay for him at his age?

Lucky you are having a good weather day. It's hot as hell here. I'm sick and I hate it. There is a lot I need to get together before we go on our trip. I'm so excited.

I know I haven't posted in awhile, but my husband and I are going to a wedding in Seattle and plan to drive down to Portland to visit some friends. Where are some good short hikes between the Seattle and Portland areas. I'm still new to hiking, so the hikes will have to be around 4-5miles max. Where are some good places to go? Also where are some awesome places to eat? Bonus if there are vegan/vegetarian options or are allergy friendly. Thanks.
Double bonus for any hikes near the northern Oregon coast.

I'm up. I'll be doing P90x today. Made my husband a couple meals today. I'm craving eggs, but I know they will hurt my stomach and I'll have a bad reaction.
There is testing such as skin prick or blood testing for dairy allergy, but they are not always accurate. I've had mine since I was a kid. I would throw up every time I had dairy and lactose free/lactose medication didn't work.
David gets this wheezing HORRIBLE cough after he has ice cream and most cheeses. I'm not sure if this is a classic dairy allergy sign or not.
It at least sounds like an intolerance. I would def try dairy free for a while and see if that helps. Save

Going plant based and working out at home almost every day is working for me. If you drink, I would cut that out.
Tell me more. Vegan? Vegetarian?
I'm not a huge fan of meat. I like fish and scallops and I love tofu and beans. It seems like paleo or low carb requires a decent amount of lean animal protein which is a bit of a struggle for me.
I always feel like I would love to try eating a vegetarian diet but it make me gain weight because I would need to eat beans and brown rice and lentils etc.
Vegan due to food allergies. It was hard to lose weight due to the medication I'm on, but the vegan diet helped a lot. I've love salads since I was a kid. I also do nutritional shakes every day with a Vegan nutritional powder that has greens, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, and probiotics. I love veggies and hummus. I also like to eat gluten free/vegan waffles with pure maple syrup and home made pizza with vegan cheese or cheeseless pizza (both delish). I also love fruit salad. I helped my mom with a garden when I was a kid and have loved veggies since even though I've had to cut a lot of stuff out due to food allergies. I'm like you, I've never really been a huge fan of meat, but I've liked seafood/shellfish, but due to intolerances, I shouldn't eat them. My husband teases me that I eat a bunch of beans for a meal sometimes when it's a side for most.ahhaha. I love asian style food, so rice/broccoli/asian sauce/teriyaki sauce. Tofu would go great with that. Save
Yes you can get it on streaming on the beachbody app. I haven't tried Core yet but I've heard awesome things. I paid the $99 for a year program and everything is there which is great since I get bored easily and jump from program to program.
I just got the $99 year thing, thanks for the push. What videos do you like on there. Any specific yoga ones you like?
I have Core de Force and love it! Also the Yoga Studio is great. I usually do the one with Vytas.

What do you listen to? I'm trying to get some music together to listen to when I start driving again to ease my anxiety. Do you listen to the radio at all?

The prep wasn't fun. I did the miralax/gatorade prep after some lax. I started throwing up. I don't remember the procedure, but I almost threw up the apple juice I had afterward. I got food after.
