but if you have leggings that fit correctly and the fabric isn't super thin....then why can't you 'wear them as pants' (ie: with a shorter shirt). how is this any different than wearing skinny pants? i have a pair of work-appropriate dress pants with a skinny leg that look no different than my leggings (to the average person). and i don't necessarily wear a super long shirt with them.

Some rules are meant to be broken by some people. But some people who only a month ago were dressing like a tramp at work (it's Ok guys it's cas) should only strictly follow the rules.
