Hobby Lobby has ALL their ribbon and trim 50% off now. I hate them with a passion for their owner's agenda (and the fucking awful music), but, they have some things that you can't get elsewhere. Ugh. So I went to the one that just opened by me and stocked up on a few things that I'd have to order online- Ateco food coloring, crochet lace trim, screens for printing. HL only had poly crochet trim- fabric.com has some cute options by Riley Blake that I stocked up on too, and they're cotton (I much prefer cotton for it's dyeable-ness . Ebay is an option, too.

I never think to check the HL website because I don't have one locally and it always slips my mind that it even exists. I found a good option that I might order on their website. Thank you
Cmeon, I put an my iPod headphones in when I go. Also stops people from asking me if I need help finding anything.
Brilliant!
DH's ex-boss (and our good family friend) was contacted by a gospel station in Atlanta for a VP position via linkdin- he's under contract already (and gay as the day is long- LOL), so it just wouldn't work out for him. Such a shame. He kindly passed along DH's contact info-hahahah. It's amazing how many people have rotten taste in music- there's an awful lot of $$$ in gospel! Blech.
I don't care, though- they could triple his salary, there is no way I'm moving to Atlanta or being associated with gospel music in any form.

Half the time I don't even have music on, I just put it in. It at least muffles it. But sometimes, if DS is with me, I like a good embarrassing round of church music. (He turns red already. I am like "YES! FINALLY I CAN EMBARRASS MY CHILDREN LIKE MY PARENTS DID ME!!!!")
