Visiting family is MM. I went to the Atlanta suburbs with my sister to visit my grandfather.
My share of cabs + hotel + rental car + breakfasts was $250.
Fancier meals were paid for by my grandpa.
Cheaper than spending the weekend in NY! Although to be fair, I have no idea what my husband (who stayed here) spent so maybe it wasn't MM for the two of us...

On the one hand I had the most MM weekend ever because I was stuck indoors with a sick DS. On the other hand I'm sure the doctor bills will be 3K plus, so it's no so MM.
On the bright side, I am pretty much done with my Christmas shopping. I even got stuff for DD's stocking. I only have one store left to go and a couple site to store things coming to Sears.
This was a spendy weekend for me $250 at the grocery store and we dont even buy formula anymore. What the! $350 at TRu for Xmas gifts for 7 kids. $80 on my $50 secret santa gift But for once we cooked at home on the weekend. So good for us.

Tacom, love those boots. Love. Hmm...graduation gift for myself?
Well I drove six hours away to see a friend in the hospital (my "uncle"--long time family friend who has no living family of his own) who had a massive stroke with my sister. We went up on Fri & drove back today. Not exactly a fun weekend but so glad I got to see him even if he won't remember it. I paid 1/2 gas, a movie out & food. I stayed at our cabin so at least that was free. It was around $150. I don't think my DH spent anything (but got his bonus!)--we're about to pull the trigger on some stuff for Christmas on Amazon.
