Baby it's Cold Outside - the version from the Elf soundtrack, with Zooey Deschanel and Leon Redbone. I kind of hate most other versions, they're too fast.

As a rule, I kind of hate Christmas music because I am a middle grades band director. I hand out Christmas music in September and am sick of it by now.
However, I adore Sleigh Ride. As an instrumentalist I love playing it (and a lot of other holiday music) but I even love listening to this one. Other flute players probably know what I mean. :-)

YES! (Though I will listen to any version) I always watch Elf and BLAST that song.
The Pogues, Fairytale of New York. I don't do sentimental. Plus, it's impossible not to love a song that starts with "It was Christmas eve babe/in the drunk tank."
Also, Christmas Wrapping by the Waitresses.
This is "our song". We played it at our wedding, and I have fond memories of swaying on the dance floor, staring deep into my new husband's eyes, and singing, "You scumbag, you maggot..."

Old folks x-mas music person signing in:
It is not the holiday season until I've heard Bing Crosby's White Christmas. Baby It's Cold Outside is best sung by Ella Fiztgerald and Louis Jordan. The Christmas Song by Nat King Cole (although The Velvet Fog is a very close second). Santa Baby by Eartha Kitt. Anything by Andy Williams. And, oh, Little Drummer Boy by Andy and David Bowie.
King's College Choir singing Once in Royal David's City.
I do love Sarah MacLachan's version of What Child is This.

I love Christmas music.
My favorite song of all time is Nat King Coles' version of The Christmas Song, so naturally, that's also my favorite Christmas song.
However, many of you have listed other songs I love (Baby it's Cold Outside, White Christmas (Bing Crosby), All I want for Christmas (Mariah), etc. My favorite silly Christmas song is "Who Spiked the Eggnog?" by Straight No Chaser. They also do the most AMAZING live version of "O Holy Night." It's chill inducing.
And I'll admit, I'm a sucker for a good old upbeat Joy to the World.
The radio has been playing a version of White Christmas that I looove, but I can't figure out who it is. It is a duet with a man and woman, and it is kind of jazzy sounding.
I'm also really loving Colbie Callait's Christmas in the Sand.
And anything Barenaked Ladies, but that goes without saying for me...
