I've used Tarte's cheek stain. Not exactly a cream, but same idea. It's great! Much easier to blend than I expected. I put a few dabs of color, then use my fingers to blend it out. I apply it after foundation/TM, just like I would powder blush.

I really like this one, natural flush and long lasting. I apply with fingers. I also like Benefit's Posietint (I apply with a foundation brush). Trying out Becca's tints right now but they don't seem to last as long.
And don't be scared! Okay, fine, test it on a weekend first (my rule for all makeup, in fairness). It can give really nice natural looking flushes, that are long lasting.
