Brushes

My younger sister is just getting into makeup. I want to get her some brushes and things for applying it. Are there any good basic sets for around $10 or maybe a specific brush that would be most useful?

If it matters she is 15.

Eco Tools is decent brand that is cheap and accessible. I use a brush for eyeshadow and blush most frequently.

I'd also recommend real techniques brushes (available at ulta too). They have some good starter kits.

Brushes are a great gift idea. I just found out my sister doesn't have an eyeshadow brush, so she's getting one as an "I'm sorry you're XH is a douchebag but glad your divorce is finalized" present, along with the Naked palette. Let's be real though, it's just a Christmas present with a ridiculous excuse since we don't celebrate Christmas.
