A shooting in an ELEMENTARY school! 26 dead, 18 children. I'm sobbing at work. Its so horrible.

I am trying so hard not to think about it. Every time I do I start crying. It is absolutely horrifying.

We saw it at lunch and I start getting all teary and told DH I want to homeschool. He just hugged me.

I can not fathom what these parents are going through, this will be my first and I'm already so protective. We send our children to school to learn and become good people and it is unbearable to think they could be hurt and killed while doing so.

I am fighting back tears in my office.... trying to make it to the car tonight at least, but I still keep clicking on yahoo for updates.

This is about 20 minutes from where I sit right now. It's my hometown's neighboring town. Horrible.
