At my mom's, I put my pjs on whenever I feel like it and don't mind hanging out in them. At my IL's, I wait until bed, but I keep them on through breakfast. I regularly wear a bra to bed, so I keep it on at either place.

It depends on who I'm staying with and where. Ex. one aunt and uncle have an over the garage apartment, since I'm going outside before seeing them in their kitchen, I'm always dressed first. Another aunt and uncle, we all bum around in our pjs, no big deal, bra when in pjs is optional. Visiting my BFF, there are no rules, I could walk around naked between showering and getting dressed and it's fine. FWIW we're both single and have our own house/apartment so there was no one else to shock. Visiting Grandma, super modest pjs and only for running to and from the shower first thing in the morning. It's completely dictated by the crowd and the venue.
This is a bit of a tangent, but my MIL doesn't really approve of jeans. My DH doesn't wear them when she's visiting or we're visiting her. I played along for a while and then decided it's silly. So, seeing as how I break the "rules" and wear jeans, I am most definitely comfy lounging in my sweats or yoga pants and a T in front of her. And in front of my own family and the couple friends we stay with from time to time.

Wait what? Did you wear like dress pants or skirts? I can't imagine what I would wear on the weekend if jeans were a no-no (and assuming then yoga pants etc are out).

Yeah, exactly: dress pants or, on occasion, skirts. (But I really, really hate my legs, so skirts were very rare.) And then I said, "F this," and started wearing jeans.
I only played along for a little while, back when DH and I were just dating. I just couldn't keep it up and had started acting out by wearing jeans even before we got married. Thankfully, despite the terrible person I am, everyone welcomed me into the family.
ETA: Back in the day, when we arrived, she would tell us both how nice we looked. Then, when I fell off the wagon and began wearing my jeans there, she would only say so to DH! But she loves me, so she came around and started saying it to me again, too. hahaha

I will change into comfy clothes (yoga pants, t-shirt) if we are just hanging out around the house at night. I'll wear them to breakfast in the morning too. H's family, where we always stay, is very laid-back and his mom even walks around during the summer with a little lightweight nightgown on, so I don't feel bad about my yoga pants.
When visiting people, I always pack some type of black pants to sleep in along with a normal v neck t-shirt. I still look decent, but I'm comfy.
If I'm at my moms or brothers, I shower at night around 9pm. After that, it is pajamas until about 10am.
If I'm somewhere else, I wear day clothes until bedtime. I wear pajamas until I shower in the morning. This usually means that I lounge around in pajamas for at least 30 minutes while I wait on the bathroom.

I don’t leave the room unless I’m fully dressed in the morning. I’m dressed before I eat breakfast at home anyway, so no difference. I might change into modest pj’s (with bra) before bed, but only if others do first.
ETA: I rarely wear jeans anyway, but I don't understand the disapproval. I just personally prefer dresses.
