I had a spotter on Monday while I used the free weights bench press. I was able to do 3 sets of 15 at 65 lbs. He later came up to me and told me that I should be able to easily do 1 set of 10 at 100 lbs. All week that's been at the back of my mind. Today I decided to try it (with a spotter). I'm so proud of how far I've come. I was able to do 5 at 100 lbs. Yeah!
