I would sleep in my own bed.
As a guest I would feel really weird sleeping in the master bedroom while the hosts slept elsewhere. Also 5 months pregnant isn't that bad. I went to a football game where I had to stand the whole time with zero problems at 5 months. She should be good on an air mattress for the night.

I gave my sister the choice. Air mattress came with a/c, bed was a bit warmer. She chose the bed. I was fine with either. If it were someone other than family or a close friend i don't know that I'd offer to evict myself from my room.
I was about 5 months pregnant when I visited a friend in a 1-bedroom. She slept on full-sized bed in air-conditioning and I slept on the couch and my DH slept on the air mattress on the floor next to me. It was very hot, but I didn't mind in the least or expect anything different.
I would have her sleep on the air mattress. No way am I'm camping out in my own place and she's pregnant not disabled. She can handle it for one night.
That's me (but I could be an asshole )
Pretty much what I was thinking. We have a couch, so that is what I would offer.

At 5 months PG I moved to be with DH (he'd gone ahead two months earlier to start a new job). our furniture wasn't there yet since it was following me, so for at least two or three nights I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I was perfectly fine. While it would certainly be nice of you to ask a PG guest what is most comfortable for her, it's really not necessary to give up your bed. As a pp said, she's PG (and only five months, at that...lots of women I know are still barely showing at that point), not disabled, and it's not like you're asking her to sleep in a sleeping bag on the hard floor the week she's due. Plus, asking her could put her in a tough spot...she may prefer the bed but feel bad about putting you out (I know I'd never tell a friend "sure, I'd rather have your bed, you sleep somewhere else).
So I bought an air mattress yesterday and gave them the choice (I was asking more because I was going to give her the choice, but wanted to make sure I wasn't an asshole for giving a choice instead of making it a duh that she sleep in our bed). They took the air mattress and said that it was very comfortable by air mattress standards?
And I got a wonderful visit with her and her husband  :drink: :Y:
