I'm trying really hard to spiffy up my diet, but it's getting stale & I need suggestions.
For breakfast I usually have oatmeal with fruit, a cup of coffee and a small thing of cheese or yogurt. I need a teeny bit of protein in the morning to keep my hands out of the candy jar.
For lunch I usually have a salad and maybe a granola bar or celery or cherries, whatever is in the house. I almost never have a carb & I need one to stay out of the vending machine. Recs?
