Julian has some rough eczema...I used cortisone...it gets rid of it, but once I stop using it, it comes right back. I use a ton of aquaphor, vaseline and aveeno baby eczema lotion... I have a pic of his eczema when it was at it's worst...
Madison has some really bad patches like that, too.
I use Aquaphor on the really bad patches and then Baby Aveeno Eczema Cream everywhere else, twice a day. I am using hydrocortisone on a few of the bad patches to try and get those cleared up but just until it gets less red and raw.
I agree that many derms are recommending twice daily baths, but those are just water...no soap! The key is getting them wet and then using something vaseline like to lock in that moisture. You shouldn't use soap more than twice a week.
I'm not sure if it looks ring wormy or not and pharmacists are not allowed to diagnose anyways. So, if you're concerned, get into the ped earlier.

I have ring worm a couple of times and have never spread it to any family members, but I also have never gotten multiple patches just one patch at a time that gets bigger/itchier till treated.
UPDATE! We went to the pedi today. He said that he doesn't think it's ringworm, although he did a culture just in case and will call in 2 weeks (it takes foreeeveeeer to grow these suckers!) - he thinks it's most likely just dry skin, especially because it faded a lot/got a TON better after we put some motherlove butt balm on it last night (you laugh but it's basically just olive oil + anti-inflammatory herbs so I figured it would help) and with eczema it probably wouldn't have worked as well. He did recommend cetaphil lotion and wash, and said that it may still be mild eczema, in which case it will probably go away at some point, and that bathing less might help, and to keep moisturizing. He said that if he scratches at it, .5% cortizone should help but otherwise just leave it alone. Phew! I am just glad that it's not something gross like mites EW. We barely use soap now - just a tiny bit for his hair (we use california babies sensitive no-scent shampoo/body wash and sometimes burts bees) :/
That looks like what C has. Try aquaphor on them. It makes them nearly go away if I put it on every night. If it is what C has, it's eczema from the season changes and is very common in babies during the winter.
