In regards to 1, do you mean like the "inner bride" avatars created by the nest, or like the ACTUAL photos we were using for our avatars on the nest, since the nest technically owns our souls (if said souls were posted on the message boards)?

I assume the former, but I remember the shit show about the TOS when they started reposting photos and recipes people posted.

I would like to recommend MM be renamed Financial Matters and This board be renamed "current events".... mostly because Current Events is higher up the alphabet and I hate having to scroll down to get here :-)

Some of the boards, like Entertainment, seem fairly generic already. MM, ML, TIP, SO, F&B, and H&F I think should get new names. My thoughts:

Financial Concerns
Crazy Married Ladies (said with love!)
Marriage Troubles
Life After Marriage
Fashionable Ladies
Fit and Fabulous

A quick google search tells me that most of the board names on the nest/knot/bump are not original to them. Babycenter has most of the same boards--pretty much exactly the same baby boards, Politics, Health & Fitness, Money & Shopping, etc etc... Basically every board that we have created has a babycenter equivalent, too. There are tons of message boards out there with the same names.

I think we'll be okay as long as we change the names that are nest specific to something more generic. But I'm not the lawyer here, so I will do whatever you smart ladies tell me to.
