That doesn't count as a renovated kitchen? It's so pretty...it totally counts as a reno in these parts. Master bath is gorgeous...love it. All the built-ins are incredible and it has so much charm and character!

Move to Little Rock! It has an unusually high number of nice old houses for cheap! Downtown is Victorians, my area is 1920s bungalows, and slightly west of me is a treasure trove of mid century ranches.
