Not to be a downer, but are you concerned with backlash at all?

Ricki is pretty progressive (The Business of Being Born and all that). I checked out the new show's website - looks like mostly feel-good human interest stories.

I was wondering how much identifying info they'll share on the show. Are you concerned at all about bio-family seeing and getting in touch? I mean, I guess not because biomom knows how to contact you, so presumably any other relatives (i feel like i remember there were just a couple?) could always contact you through her if they really wanted to.

I don't really know what I'm asking here, but you always think of everything, CT - how are feeling about that aspect?

I'd love it if bio fam got in touch! As for those who would be a safety concern, well, if they wanted to find us, they easily could...and could have a long time ago, ya know? The world is small and no matter how much you protect your info, its out there.

I do feel a little apprehensive about putting the kids on TV without their grown-up consent. Like the reason I never use their names in my blogging...i want them to be able to create their own "internet footprints" as they wish and not have one created for them. This feels like it may be crossing that line a bit but I think its okay for the greater good. And they are so freaking excited, so at least i've got their permission now

which kind? like trolls/haters? I've already gotten some tough comments/emails which have grown me a little thicker skin to that stuff...I warned Andrea because she will def take it harder than me. We'll see!
