The idea is not that the nest has any IP rights around the name "money matters" or "trouble in paradise" specifically. But that they could arguably have IP rights around a whole structure of boards with identical names, laid out in a group of nest boards and a group of bump boards, etc. Even that's a reach, but really it's about not giving ProBoards any reason to boot us.

It's Ellie's call--I assume ProBoards has more info on her than anyone, and the TOS indemnifies them from any action TN might take.
