not sure if the app does this, but if you click the "new" button to the left of a post title, it kind of auto scrolls to the last post you read which is pretty sweet.

It seems to be scrolling to the very end of the thread, even if I haven't opened it previously.

If you get back to the main menu & click settings on the bottom right, you can adjust it to open them different ways.
