There is bag sale (get a reuseable bag, fill-er-up, pay $5 for everything, not matter how much you shove into the bag) at Reruns 4 Little ones (here is the link to their site) and I am thinking about going.
If anyone else wants to go, we could meet there and do lunch or something.
ETA: They have Chicco Cortina Travel System (Midori) on their website as in stock for $148.00!!!
ETA: Sorry, I thought I had typed to say that it was tomorrow. The stroller is still on regular sale there, though.
I have to pick up H's dry cleaning right next to there anytime after 5 today. I could meet you there then. Maybe they have warm stuff for our trip to the arctic tundra. My GF from up there sent me tons and tons of stuff. I finally just got it. All 18 months and much too big. Bummer.
In case anyone is interested for their future $5 sales, I stopped there late this morning to just check it out and they said that they sold out of the items included in the sale in about 30 minutes! Holy cow! I can't even imagine especially since the store isn't very big. Must have been a madhouse. Everything else in the store was 15% off, so I picked up three outfits for Ethan. I love those romper type outfits as I like it to be all in one instead of separates. With always holding him and picking him up, it's annoying to have him in a separates outfit.
I went and was late (my kids would not stop #2-ing...I changed 3 diapers on them each within 30 minutes...Really, Ladies? Because you know, I didn't want to leave the house at a reasonable time or anything), so there wasn't much left (but another mom said that there wasn't much little girl stuff to start with) It was a madhouse. It took me thirty minutes to get through the line and the girls were going nuts, didn't want to stay in the stroller, so at one point, because the line was moving so slowly, I threw all the stuff down and almost gave up. And then the line cleared up. No one grabbed the stuff I had thrown down, so I re-grabbed, waited in the line, picked up a 20% off long sleeve T-shirt with a penguin on it and a hat that was cheap and will come in handy for the unpredictable weather in NYC.
