I've used the Uppababy Vista every day since DS was born. I freaking LOVE that stroller and think it's totally worth it. I'm not a fast runner, so I can "jog" with it and not have any issues.
Even though we've traveled through airports with the Vista, I kinda want to get the G Lite since it's easy to fold up one handed.

We have the B-Agile & I love it. DS is still in his infant seat so he's rear facing in the stroller too. I'm going to miss this option when we stop using the infant seat.

I love ours. peg Perego skate. It is very similar to the Vista but is flat at the bottom (not a basket/pouchy thing) which is great when I buy cases of formula, etc. I use it almost every day including carrying it up and down a flight of stairs in 2 pieces and I wouldnt trade it. I wouldnt mind a small one handed stroller for the streetcar, but that makes me angry at the transit system not my stroller.
we are registered for the new city mini with the infant seat adapter. I am not a runner, dh is, but if he wants to run with the kid I figure we'll just get a jogging stroller off craigslist or something.

I recently sold my jogger so I only have a G-luxe now, but I love that thing! I'm shopping for a double - any recs? I'm trying to decide how much I should spend since DS will already be 2.5 when baby#2 is born. How long do kids ride in strollers?
We haven't really used a stroller much. We have a snap n go and a Chicco Capri. The Capri is ok- but I'm short and I still feel like I'm hunching over to reach the handles, plus I constantly feel like I'm going to step on the wheels.
What is the deal with people loving forward facing? We normally take a 25-30 minute walk each day but not too many plans on wheeling her around beyond that... is forward facing worth the premium you seem to pay? We were just planning on doing a City Mini after she outgrows the infant seat + stroller frame.
It's nice to see the baby and not have to stop mid-stroll to do so. Plus, some babies freak out if they don't see you for a period of time. I took DS on 5 mile walks all the time so I had him face me for my own comfort. Now that he is older, I can hand him his bottle or some food and watch him drink/eat while we walk. It's just a nice convenience for this FTM.
Really, I think the biggest pro about the UBV is the big ass basket underneath. We live in an apartment complex where the parking garage is separate from our actual building. It's nice that I can still carry all of the groceries in one trip. I have also loaded 5 gallon water jugs in there with no issues ;D.
(I was a lurker on TN and decided to actually start posting here)
We have 3 strollers and I love them all, but the UBV wins the contest 100%. It is the most amazing stroller and my favorite baby purchase so far. For traveling I bought an UB G-Luxe. It's light and easy to do with one hand so I am very happy with it. For running we purchased a BOB and couldn't be happier with it. It pushes so easily and has an excellent suspension system. I don't love the fold so I might complain if it was my everyday stroller and I had to get it in/out of my trunk.
We have a MacLaren Quest, a BOB, and a Joovy Ultralight Caboose (sit n stand). I like them all fine and they serve totally different functions. We use the Mac for travel because it is light, the BOB for neighborhood walks, hiking, or uneven terrain, and the Joovy for day trips to places like the zoo or an amusement park where our oldest might get tired and want to sit for a minute. Neither of my kids has ever been a big stroller fan, though, so we don't really use any of our strollers very often. I think it has been well over a month since we last used a stroller.
We don't have a car and will be living in Amsterdam so it will need to handle cobblestone streets and grocery runs daily. Still $700 for a stroller is crazy expensive.

Are you in the US now? I know we got ours for $400. There are deals for them every once in a while.
Anyway, we also love the Vista. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little smaller, but that is really no big deal.
We have a BOB and I love it, as does DH. He's bummed that we can't get the Duallie (double BOB) for baby #2 because it won't fit in my car when folded.
Kirkette: We considered the Donkey. It's an amazing ride and really innovative in design, but it's extremely wide when in double mode. It was still slightly easier to maneuver than most double side by side strollers, but for the price I want it to be more compact and hands down better than the competition and it just wasn't.

No we are in Spain right now. I *might* be coming back to the States this summer so I might pick one up. They don't even sell them in Spain and I don't want to have to pay shipping fees and VAT on it if I order it from the States.
Where do you find your deal? Craigslist? $400 is more reasonable.

I have the same one! I love, love it. So many different position options. I still convert it to the bassinet if she falls asleep.
We just bought the baby jogger city select and so far I really like it as a single. I love my city mini because of the super easy fold but don't like the side by side doubles since I mostly use my stroller in the mall.

I bought it from a small local store (although not local to me). They were having a flash sale. I know that some flash sites (like Rue La la) occassionally have the UBV. I also know that amazon occasionally has some really good deals. I just basically kept looking every day and then finally came across a good deal.
