Yes, the stuff about clusterfucks around the conversion and the sequence of what happens.

Some of what she wrote is purely supposition, even the part in the rumor control. We haven't had that much response from bk and nd as to what is happening. Just short little snippets of what's going on, and I've shared that with everyone here.

I'm pretty damn pissed that she copied something from the mod board. Not that what I wrote is bad, but that you're just not supposed to do that.

And I'll reiterate that I'm not older than dirt!

I saw that! I'm so rarely over there, and with all the Nest fuckery I decided to check in. I went back to read something later and all the posts from today were gone - and even before that people were complaining about "missing posts."

Pixy, here's the thing about the part that you were quoted as saying....
The last part of step 3 actually happened, and so there's no reason for step 4 to happen. Things are pretty 'normal' right here.

Also I've seen conversions that sucked from a format standpoint, or even traded some usability features for others. I've never seen one that was just flat out broken like this.

I've never been one to think TN "owed" us anything, but their response has showed they don't have a basic understanding of keeping their users, if they want to at all. Add that to a user base who does expect some loyalty, and they've burned some bridges.

Finally, 2000+ people creating their own board en masse is a pretty strong statement, and it just might get status quo bias if TN ever did get its shit together. They better fix it within 30 days or we'll have all formed a new habit.
