Yesterday and today I got very faint positive HPTs. I was too cautious to test using one of the tests I have with a higher sensitivity threshold (by higher I mean there needs to be a higher hcg concentration to test positive) since it's so early, but I'm going to do that tomorrow to confirm.
I'm still feeling like I'm just waiting things out for the moment since I'm only 10dpo and know that it might end in a c/p. Still, I'm hoping that my m/c was just a fluke and this time things go well. I'd appreciate any thoughts and prayers you have to spare...

Thanks for the acronym counter, NLFoodie, because I was clueless as well. It seemed positive in any case, so yay! Are you planning on having the baby in Germany?

Yes, we'll be going back when I'm around 17 weeks (about 4 months). There's no way I would want to have this baby here in the States - the insurance would be a nightmare, and I'm considered high risk, so I have to have close monitoring in 3rd tri that my out-of-country emergency-only insurance wouldn't cover while we're here in the States (my regular insurance covers it completely in Germany).

Haha! Thanks I am really delighted by the fact that you are now having a second child. I had a late-term miscarriage a few years ago. That has really scared me when I think about getting pregnant again. It's so heartening for me when I see people who have children even if they're high risk!
I really hope this is it for you. If it makes you feel better I tested positive with Kernel starting at 8dpo and got my first positive digi at 10dpo.
I'll be anxiously awaiting the results of tomorrow's test--as will you I'm sure!
Wow! I didn't even know you could test at 8 dpo.
I got morning sickness around 10 dpo, before testing, and thought it was due to the previous night's dinner! I guess I should have just tested then.
It's not very common and the line was soooooo faint. It was a ridiculous squinter. But it got darker over the next two days and finally on 10dpo I took a FRER and a digi and they all came out positive. Maybe the line I thought I saw at 8dpo was my imagination, but I turned out to be pregnant anyway. We'll never know!

Hi Pitt - so far so good. I had betas at 11dpo (48 with progesterone at 22.4) and 13 dpo (150). Right now I'm only 4w2d, but I'm a POAS addict and the lines keep getting darker on my Wondfos, so I'm taking that as a positive sign (pardon the pun), and I'm calling myself cautiously hopeful at the moment.
How are your two little guys/girls doing? Have you seen them lately on an u/s?
