I have talked about TN with SO before though. Sometimes he loves it (like when we get budget feedback or Molly Jean tells him to get well soon), and sometimes he hates it (like when I'm lurking on my phone during movie time).

I talked pretty extensively with DH when my local board moved over. I don't think he wants to hear about nest drama anymore.

The ads show up as a banner at the top. There are 2 options for how they show up, and the admin of the board can adjust it somewhat to make the ads less annoying. We did that on my local Proboards.

i told h last night and he seemed impressed w/ the numbers on proboards and asked the name of the new board. that turned into having to explain GBCN and what flaming was and his face quickly morphed into and

I've been giving DH updateso on the number of people who have moved over. He seems amazed that so many of us have moved so quickly, but otherwise doesn't care.

I also mentioned it to a friend. She does web content and marketing for work, so I thought she might be interested to see how quickly users will jump ship.
