I'm playing candy crush and watching big. I should go to sleep but I'm not really tired. Although I know E will be up at 8:30 or 9 and I'll still be tired.
Damn that show gives me nightmares. Last time I watched it I had dreams of people getting shot for a week. I've always had very vivid dreams, but those dreams were pretty sickinly violent.

I don't know what it is about this one but I can handle it. Most of the time I can't though.

I have really vivid dreams too. Oddly they had nothing to do with the show after watching, just lots of violence and bizarre situations that were similar to the show.
I still watch, now it's just one episode at a time.

Have you found any ways to make your dreams less livid? I've had trouble with waking up from a dream, but not actually being awake and still dreaming. It really confuses me and is upsetting at times. I also get stuck about once a month. My body is still sleeping and I can't move, and my mind is still dream and partially awake. It's particularly scary if I'm having a nightmare.
I have a prescription sleep aide, but never tried melatonin. I would love to figure out a way to get my dreams under control, especially the repetitive ones. I've never really talked about it with anyone cause it makes me feel pretty crazy.

Not sure if anyone else is still around, but I'm here. I slept in stupid late today so I am wide awake now. Watching HGTV and drinking wine. Is it bad to be drinking wine at 3 am? Oh well.
What are you cooking? And what time is it there? I would cry if I had to be cooking right now.
Two different types of mashed potatoes, a creamed collard green casserole, and two pies.
An incident happened with the prepared food at H's aunt's house where we're eating tomorrow, so I'm helping her. I have to do it so goddamn early because she lives three hours away and everyone is showing up to eat at 11.
I'm here because I can't sleep for shit. I dozed off around 11 on the sofa and woke up at 2. I was going to go to my bed and suddenly realized I had to set up easter baskets. I finished awhile ago but I am wide awake. I'm binging on girl scout cookies and watching Extra.

I have to make enough for about 25-30 people.
It's 3:33 here. I feel like crying.
You are far too nice, but in all reality, I would probably cave and offer to help as well. What was this "incident?"

You are a saint. I'd like to hear what the incident was.

The aunt's elderly MIL lives on a house on their property, and all the food was being stored out in an extra fridge in MIL's kitchen.
Apparently the compressor in the fridge caught fire and ruined everything. Everyone is ok though because they were all in the main house (aunt's) and the fire was apparently taken care of quickly so the kitchen as a whole isn't terrible.

Sorry for the delay, I just got finished.
That's awful! Glad the fire was contained and nobody was hurt. You sound like your saving Easter one side dish at a time!

No, I haven't. I am usually a pretty heavy sleeper though, so it's usually only when I wake up during a dream (if my alarm goes off or H wakes me up).
