I've had a headache for more days than I can remember. Some days it's mild. Other days I'm in tears. What is safe to take other than Motrin and Tylenol, bc they aren't cutting it.

I don't know what would be helpful for you at the moment, but since you were plagued by headaches throughout pregnancy and are still getting them, you might want to look into magnesium. As a supplement, it's supposed to be effective in preventing headaches. I know a magnesium supplement like the one I take is safe during pregnancy, so you could ask if your doctor thinks it would be beneficial for you now (and safe for the baby). I hope you get relief soon.

Has it been since you gave birth? My friend who had an epidural had horrible headaches after giving birth and it turned out they were spinal headaches, from the epidural. She had to go in for a blood patch and all was well after that.
But I second the others. Make sure you're eating and drinking plenty of water.
