Mad Men is back!

WTH was going on with Betty this episode?  The conversation with her H about Sally's friend was creepy.

I know! My H and I were like, WTF? during that whole creepy conversation with Betty and her H. I don't know what it is about Betty, but she seems to like to have inappropriate relationships with young people. Remember the little boy she used to babysit for that ran away last season for a day with Sally. Now Betty seems attached to this girl in some weird way. I'm interested to see how this plays out.

I was not expecting the ending with Don and his neighbor. I guess a tiger never changes it's stripes afterall.

I liked the part with Peggy at work, she was acting just like Don.

My H and I were laughing at the all the sideburns. The clothes and hairstyles are going to be great this season!

I have watched all the seasons of Mad Men. I like it alright, I guess, but don't love it. I was really bored by the episode. I'm not sure if I will continue to watch.

I am hoping this episode was just setting a lot of things up for the upcoming season because it was pretty boring.

I love the new Peggy and I need Megan's purple dress from Hawaii.

Betty has always been nutso, so her sadistic rape fantasy doesn't shock me. Remember her bird rampage?

I don't like that Peggy has become Don. I hope she doesn't have an affair with Ted, her boss.

I'm tired of Roger's immaturity.

Don's affair was shocking. I thought it would be the blonde neighbor. I think Dr. Rosen is smart enough to uncover the affair. And when he does, I hope Don gets what is due to him.

I'm curious about Don's secretary. She's been in a lot of the red carpet shots, so I'm thinking she'll be key this season.

Who did he have the affair with? I think I fast forwarded that part. I really didn't like the episode. It gave nothing of interest. I am very distracted by how ugly January Jones looks. I think it's the prosthetics.

Matt Weiner, the competition's too good.  You can't give a snoozefest like that and expect a comeback.

He's having an affair with the wife (the brunette) of the Dr. that lives in the same building as Don and works in the same building too. They were one of the couples Don and Megan had over to their place and the Dr. is the guy Don gave a camera to.

Season premiers on this show have been historically slow. As are finales. It's the middle that gets good as the arcs go together.
