I just googled NBC friends reunion and there a ton of sites that are debunking it. Including one with a Warner bros rep denying it then directing people to the episodes where one friend would co star on another friends show (Go On, Cougartown etc). :/. I was so excited and then so not .
"The new season of “Friends” is set to launch in 2014 yet it is still unknown whether all of the original actors will be returning to reprise the roles that made them all famous."
Can you really have a Friends comeback w/o the original cast?

They did it with 90210 on the WB. They started out with some of the old cast members and funneled them out of the story until it was able to stand on it's own w/out them.

If they did a Friends comeback I could see it being like the 90210 with a couple of originals for a few episodes then down to the new cast. Like a spin-off with the kids from the characters on Friends (Ben, etc). I can't find it now, but there's something on pinterest or facebook that says what the ages of the kids would be now and I think a couple of them would be teenagers, so I could see a high school version of friends. But as far as the actual complete cast in a full blown season, don't think it would happen.
Could this Friends reunion rumor be any more untrue?
“I’m going to clear this up,” Friends co-creator Marta Kauffman told E! News Monday night, “it’s not happening!”
Essentially putting the kibosh on any reunion ever, televised or otherwise, Kauffman explained, “Friends was about that time in your life when your friends are your family and once you have a family, there’s no need anymore.”
For those unaware of the latest Central Perk buzz, a report from a never-before-heard-of website set the Web ablaze earlier this week when it “confirmed” that NBC had greenlit a comeback season (yes, not just a special) of the hit comedy, to air in 2014.
