Really? Patricia is STILL in it?

Not that I disagreed with the judge's observations re: Daniel's "blah" show, but how many times has Patricia been on the verge of elimination? I seriously don't get the fascination.

I'm pleased with how well Michelle has done. I don't see how Stanley's not going to win, though. (PLEASE do not give it to Patricia "Mushroom Smurf" or whatever.)

I haven't watched but I'm about to. I have to comment on last week, though- I like Michelle's designs. I'm glad she's in the finale. But how they kept her in? I mean.... come on. She stayed in NYC - that was it. She just had to 'impress' them. I actually don't know why Patricia stayed last week. BUT as Michelle was officially on the bottom - how they kept her in.... I was rolling my eyes. It was so clearly "We really don't want to get rid of anyone, so we just won't...".

That was also really weird. It was like, you're going home...unless you impress us...at the next challenge. It's like they were making it up as they went along.

seriously.  I remember last season where while on the runway the 2 designers had to alter their outfits.  I thought they were going to do something like that w/ Michelle.  Nope.  Nothing.  Just a stern warning! 

Again- I like her.  I think her line has a REALLY good chance of winning.  But holy crap.  They couldn't be more transparent.

So- watched the whole thing.  I'm not surprised Daniel is gone.  I'm kind of surprised he made it that far. 

Patricia... I kind of get why they like her.  I think her overall designs aren't great, but there is something there that is really interesting.  I don't think she should win.  But I get why they want to see more from her.

When it came down to Daniel and Stanley, I knew that Daniel would be eliminated.

Patricia's designs really seem arts and crafts. But it was SO interesting to see where she lives and her family and inspiration.

At first I felt like PR was setting it up for Stanley to win, but when they did the thing with Michelle (letting her stay in NYC and she just had to wow them), I decided that they were really setting it up for her to win.

I'm surprised Daniel made it as long as he did. Heidi clearly has an unnatural love for Patricia's stuff. I think Michelle is going to win. She squeaked by so many times in the beginning and she gets like 75% of the camera time (and most of the confessional stuff). Maybe that's just because she loves rolling around in the drama of it all, but I think they've been setting it up for her to win since the middle of the season. I do like her and was really disappointed by Stanley's collection.

I hated Michele's and Patricia's. I liked Daniel's stuff but it was very safe. I also liked Stanley's which means he won't win.

I think Patricia would be a great behind the scene's person. Focusing on patterns and fabric but please don't let her put together a whole collection and style people.

I liked Michele's looks a lot. They were gutsy, at least. I liked Daniel's but I knew Nina was going to trash the all-black looks. Stanley needs to loosen up and he'll do fine. Patricia is avant garde and interesting, so I get that they want to see what she can produce.

Kind of a snooze season all around, though.

I didn't pay much attention to the episode as I was watching it with DH and he couldn't stop talking the whole time, but I noticed how Heidi prefers Patricia and how this is somewhat unfair to the other contestants. She said something along the lines of "but it would be so sad for Patricia´s family and friends to not see her collection". Yes, it would, but also for the families of the other participants and this is not a reason for making someone get to fashion week.
