Anyone watching Bones? *spoilers*

What did you guys think of the last episode? Not as gut-wrenching as I thought it was going to be (from the previews, I thought the person in trouble was going to be Hodgins), but still good. I hope they get back to the bigger arc of the guy who Booth shot his face? I want him caught SO BAD.

But you can tell they're winding down the season, though.

Pelant? He's supposed to come back in the finale, but I don't know if it's to wrap up his storyline or just add another layer to it. I think the alarm clock thing might be explained too, but I'm not sure.

Yes, Pelant! I hope the alarm clock thing is explained... He is just the creepiest villain! I'm ok with more of him but it's getting pretty tiresome how he can just keep narrowly escaping every time.

Agreed. I think I'm ready for it to end. I'm annoyed with how they filmed extra episodes and then just stuck them in the middle of the season. It made things seem disconnected, IMO. Like Hodgins lost all his money, but in the next episode he was talking about his plan to have his remains shot into space when he dies. Everyone's paired off, except for Sweets, and it's just kind of fizzled. I don't care about Cam and her intern. I don't even like that intern. I'll be annoyed if B&B get married. Convict Pelant, flash forward to show them all happy and doing well in like 10 years with the kiddies a little older, and end it.

I agree the show is kind of meh now. I do want the Pelant story to end. I also want Hodgins to get his money back (not sure this is possible?). It just annoys me that he is like meh my money is gone whatev.

I enojoyed this episode more than most lately. I agree this season has been lackluster and I think it needs to end before it gets really bad.

I agree CJ. I think they could have ended it this season and I'd have been fine with it. I don't even know if it's been renewed for a new season.

I want the Pelant thing resolved, but I'm also over it. This is what, the 4th or 5th appearance of him, and we've hardly heard anything at all about it unless it was an episode that involved him directly.

But that's how they always do it. Remember the Grave Digger and Gormogon story lines? They keep them contained to one or two episodes a season, spread out over many seasons. I think I just have an issue with Pelant as a villain and the methods they use to get him off the hook in order to further the storyline.

Grave Digger and Gormogon remind me of Zack. I'm still a little annoyed that they booted him from the show.

I am annoyed that it had been renewed.  Maybe something awesome will happen that will change my mind but right now I don't see that happening.

I just saw this thread. This show pisses me off now, I just can't watch it anymore and it used to be my favorite show. After Season 5 the show went to shit and the characters and storylines are ridiculous. The cast seem to have phoned it in some time ago. I can't believe it got renewed for another season!
