I seriously scored a 17.  A 17.  I was born in '74,

But I had the same issue with the government official; I work for them.  If I change that question I jump up to 30.

I also said I watched more than an hour of TV, because I counted my Netflix watching.  If that also doesn't count, my score goes up to 49.

We have a landline, but it hasn't worked since Hurricane Sandy.  If I also change that to only a cell phone, I go up to 72.  Since we do intend to eventually have it fixed, unless it's costly, I don't think I can count that, though.
