I think she just posted an apology the other day about having had terrible depression and zero motivation to keep writing and illustrating. But she is better now and back to make us laugh. I loved her blog and am sorry to hear she had a bit of a rough patch. Don't we all, though.

ETA again - Ugh. Now I feel like a douche because I didn't read all the way through. I just got to the people who were like, "OMG; she's coming back!" and thought it was funny since H&aH is the new Heath and then I read further and realized I could not have stuffed my foot any further in my mouth if I tried. Sorry guys.

Another person in tears here. Depression is such an asshole, and to hear someone explain it in a way that I never could was overwhelming. I was like "OMG yes, that, exactly" through the while damn thing.

Thank god for modern medicine and drugs, because reading that post reminded me just how far I have come from my lowest point. Sometimes you forget how bad it really was until something like this reminds you.

I can identify with laughing at corn. It wasn't corn for me, but there was a moment that happened that I thought was just hilarious. I was kind of getting yelled at. It really wasn't supposed to be funny, but it was the first day that I actually was feeling happy/good (in about 2 years) and nothing was going to make me not happy. So, that moment ended up being pretty funny to me.
