The source of the food would really influence my decision.
Is this food coming from the prison cafeteria?
Or can I have this food brought in?
If it's the former (which I suspect it is), I'd probably stick to American classics or Mexican because the prison cafeteria would probably fuck other shit up.
the stone fruit bruschetta from Frascati in San Francisco the chicken a la Oscar from the Chicago chophouse gelato from Italy (never been there but assuming it's A-mazing) and a lava flow from our hotel in Hawaii
I'd start with foie gras and lobster stuffed mushrooms. Then I'd have a Caesar salad. Some sort of crusty bread covered in butter and garlic and all sorts of cheese. A porterhouse steak, cooked medium rare, with grilled onions and mushrooms and a baked sweet potato.
Dessert would be creme brulee.
I'd have all the Jim Beam and Diet Coke that my body could handle.
The source of the food would really influence my decision.

I think they will bring in the food, depending on the prison.
Poutine and a whole lobster with dipping butter with a bottle of delicious wine. Probably red, who cares if it doesn't pair well with lobster? I'll drink it after.
