I'd keep it. Smell it before actually giving it to your baby - you'll be able to tell if it's bad. If the baby rejects the bottle (turning head, fussing, basically not having it), then the baby knows the milk is no good. But I'd at least refrigerate it and attempt to use it than immediately dump it.
I'd probably dump it. I don't think I'd drink a glass of cow's milk that had been sitting out on the table all day .
Fresh pumped BM can stay out way longer because it's body temp when it's pumped so it doesn't start cold and then get warm and nasty like cow's milk would.
Wait, are you asking if its too late to refrigerate or too late to give to baby? If it hasn't been n the fridge yet, I'd give it to him now. I used to pump before going o bed and keep the bottle next to me for night feelings, so the just pumped milk would be out for several hours.

I'm asking if it's ok to put in fridge and use for tomorrow night's bottle...

Do it. Just smell it before you give it. You will definitely be able to smell if it is bad!

You know, I would go with the smell test. I take back what I said earlier. I know that stuff is liquid gold and you will def know if its bad.
I dropped 5 ounces once. I threw the bottle at the fridge and my dh found me crying on the kitchen floor while gently mopping up the milk with a paper towel.
When you barely have a supply, 5 ounces is worth throwing a tantrum over.

Last week when we had our snow storm and lost power I started to lose my shit over the breastmilk in the freezer. I told DH that we need a contingency plan for the summer months. I get VERY UPSET over the thought of losing my breastmilk.
Hurricane Sandy was when C was 6 weeks old and I had a TON of milk in the freezer due to oversupply. We always lose power and the IL's never do, so I had coolers ready to go in case we needed to pack the milk and get the hell outta our house!
