I find them online for you ladies! They aren't quite so pink IRL and you can't really see the gold stud detail in the back, but this should hold you over until tomorrow (lol).

Those are cute! I need some cute nude shoes, maybe I'll have to order those.
I just spoke to a counselor, I am going to talk to DH tonight and get back to her. She's got an every other wednesday spot open and can get us (or just me) in on Friday. She seems really nice. I feel a bit better abou this, now I just have to bring it up to DH.
fussbucket- all my everythings are crossed that the Deuce stays put until it's convenient for you. heh. Really, though, I mean it. I'm sorry you are hurting.
You too, CE. It is no fair being a single parent if you aren't actually single.

PS, those are so cute! I can't go to Target because Target takes all my money in like, 10 seconds flat. Cuddly, I am glad you got into a counselor. If your husband doesn't want to go tell him it is not for him it is for you. If he doesn't go that is a big sign to me. I hope it will help you figure out what you need.

Thanks ladies! I want to say he'll go, he will be upset about it and afraid what his Mom will think (since she'd have to watch the kids later on those days) but I hope he'll realize how important it is to me/us and go. If he won't go, then I will still go and figure it out from there.

I am very cheap, so it's not to hard for me to have tunnel vision in stores like Target (or T.J. Maxx. God, I love T.J. Maxx.). I only look at sale items and ask myself if I really need the item (I don't just buy because something is on sale). Plus, going to Target is a rare treat for me, considering I have to drive 45 minutes to get there, so I always make sure I have some extra money before I go.
I found a skirt I liked at Target as well. It was only $10, but the cut was so simple I was like "I could make that" and put it back, lol.

LOL. I probably would have bought the skirt, but I broke my sewing machine so I don't have the "I can make that" option anymore.
I have five of the cowl neck t-shirts from target, it took all I had to not buy more when we were there on Saturday--they were $10 a piece. I love them, they fit well, are comfortable and make my boobs look good.

cuddlyevil, I don't see why your MIL needs to know specifics about your appointment. Can you just tell her you have an appointment and leave it at that? (FWIW, this is a "perfect world" scenario, and if it was my mom she'd push until I told her)
partiallysunny, I LOVE those shoes!!! Unfortunately, I have wide, flat feet and have yet to find a cute pair of flats that don't make my feet look like snausages... But I do need some new shoes for work. My basic black lace ups are looking ridiculously haggard. I bought them while I was pg with DS, I think its time.

MIL knows a little bit about what is going on. I don't think DH would be able to hide it from her anyway.
PS, it was me that broke the sweing machine LOL. The shirts are cowl neck t-shirts from Merona--they are nice enough to be able to wear to work but not so nice that you can't wear them to run errands.

partiallysunny - I didn't see your post because I was sewing the whole time! I would be a sobbing, drunk, mess if my machine broke. My Bernina (affectionately called Nina) is the only itemized thing on our renters insurance.
@starries - Buy shoes! I just got a couple of pairs from Alloy for $10 a pair. Some of their shoes will make you look like a 15 year old hooker but some of their shoes are really cute.
cuddlyevil - Tell MIL your husband has to take you for a colonoscopy. She probably won't want too many details.
Y'all, I don't think that CE's MIL knowing that thy are seeing a counselor is the issue. I think the issue is that MIL keeps the kids. Counseling is not one and done like a colonoscopy. It's a commitment. This change in the schedule affects her, too.
