I've just started c25k and I am loving it. I have tried before 2x and just quit in the first week both times. This time, I took advice of people on this board and just ran at a slower speed and have stuck with it.
I am on week 2 day 1, and I ran it this morning. I feel like I want to go back out and run again, but will this be counterproductive? Should I do week 2/day 2, or just wait until tomorrow to do day 2?
Definitely do not run more than 1/day as a beginner, and you're better off with a day in between each run. Your body needs to acclimate to the new activity, and running is very hard on joints.
Find a different way to be active if you're aching for it.
