Sex before IUI?

Are DH and I going to screw anything up if we have sex tonight before I have a scheduled IUI tomorrow at 9:30 am?

Mine said not to for 2 nights before. We are dealing w/ MFI, so I am not sure if that played into it.

Oh, we aren't dealing with MFI. Hmm. I wonder if that matters. I guess I will have to research.

I wouldn't do it the night before.

We aren't dealing with MFI, but my doctor still said to have sex about 36 hours before the IUI (around when I got the trigger), then not again until H gave the sample for IUI. They also told us it shouldn't be more than 72 hours/3 days since we've had sex when H gives his sample.

This is what we have been told as well and we are dealing with MFI. However, DH has been out of town for two weeks and as far as I know has abstained since he was home 2 weeks ago, he is currently on his way home to make it here for our IUI. I am a little worried about this but hopefully it won't be a huge deal. When I got pregnant in December we had abstained for a while prior to getting pregnant. We will definitely be having sex afterwards though to help get more swimmers involved .

Well, my reading shows no ejaculation 24 hours prior. This would have been good to know a little earlier because when I mentioned it to DH he admitted to having done something this morning that would make that no longer an option. :/ oh well. He's young and has good numbers, let's hope it works out okay.
