These are really simple, really good, and very easy to make - quick, fast, very little mess.
1 carton Philadelphia cheesecake filling ( in BIG tub, next to cream cheese in the dairy case. 3-4 quarts large strawberries, hulled 1 sandwich size plastic zip lock bag Optional: finely crushed graham crackers and some blueberries glass tray/platter to put them on
hull the strawberries (if you cut around the top and pull it out most times the strawberry is already hollow, if not take your paring knife and clean it out.
Put Cheesecake mix in zip lock baggie. Zip it close, twist it to make a "cone" shape like used to decorate cakes. snip of corner of bag, a very small snip,
Squeeze filling in to strawberries. You can dip them in the finely crushed graham crackers to give them a light dusting. Place on glass plate. Sprinkle a few blueberries around for added color/interest.
I did 3 quarts of strawberries in about 20 minutes and them for refreshments following a meeting. People loved them, I had at least 10 people ask me how to make them.
When done - throw away strawberry tops, cheese cake filling container and the zip lock baggie. Only clean up is paring knife and the glass plate.

This has both chocolate and fruit, but neither is overwhelming. It's super easy and it uses old bananas, which I usually have to get rid of so it's in heavy rotation at our house.
