Ask them about an app for their site, what possessed them to think that allowing our posts to facebook was a good idea, why their servers sucked, why they didn't do more to protect our identities.
bowies the nest is having a focus group tomorrow and I think we volunteered Muddled to go.
Ask them why they never listened to us when we complained millions of times over about the shitty server and all the tech issues)which they still have)
Ask them WHY they didn't give one shit about all the ladies who were bringing the $.

These are good.
I don't know if we'll get to ask questions, but I'm sure I can bring this all up somehow.

I know we all feel the same, I just SO want to know what their reaction was when everyone actually REALLY did leave and didn't come back. It had always been threatened when they made previous changes, so I know they didn't take it seriously. So... when it actually happened- what did they think?
I haven't sent back the questionnaire yet, but I am considering including it. Honestly, we are exactly the target audience, so I can't see what it hurts.
I can't believe they've waited a year for this. Do you think it's a trap?? Should you guys be cautious! They probably are desperate for us to come back with how the boards are nowadays.
LOL. Ask them why it is so hard to get a mod over there to respond to you. And why every single *fix* performed on the site didn't actually fix anything or made things worse?
I'd ask really technical questions, like what their MTBF is and if that threshold has changed over the past year. Basically, put up (your stats) or shut up. I'm also curious if any of their IT people are ITILv3 certified.
But, being that this is likely being hosted by a 24-year-old PR flack, I'd ask pointed questions about customer service and community relations. And why a focus group NOW instead of before a major rollout. Also, what are the demographics of their current average user?
Be sure to ask why on earth their CTO is worth paying a half million dollars a year given his completely ineffective attention to all of the issues raised by PPs. I'm imagining some kind of Wizard of Oz, man-behind-the-curtain situation.
I'd also ask what kind of training their IT department gets, if they actually listened to user feedback before the exodus, and why they haven't upgraded in any user-friendly way whatsoever.

After you've had a couple, ask them if they know what the relative airspeed of an unladen swallow is. Start pulling out random Monty Python quotes and lobbing them at the facilitators.

Lol. If I could say those things and know what they meant, I might.
I need things that I can give as feedback, not straight up questions.
