It's the best new show this year. Maybe even in years. It's like a scifi thriller about clones on BBC America. It's so good. There is a marathon Saturday of all nine episodes leading into the season finale.

I just started watching and I really like it! I have a question though. Is it supposed to be set in the US? I thought and that one ladies house was in Scarborough. But the money in the show is not US dollars and the license plates are from Ontario. Is this just a lack continuity thing?

I don't know. I think it's probably set around Toronto as that is where it is filmed. It could also be like "Gotham City" is a stand in for NYC without saying it.
Here's what the wikipedia article says en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orphan_Black#Location "Location Orphan Black is shot on location in Toronto, Canada. Although some U.S. critics have suggested that the city shown is a "no-name" city that stands in for New York — in the first episode, Sarah gets off a commuter train as another is announced as heading to New York City, and the police use NYPD mugs[12] — the show reveals clues about its Canadian location: cars sport Ontario license plates, Beth's driving licence is Ontario issued, the multi-colored money, and a plane ticket that is displayed in the pilot episode clearly identifies Toronto's Pearson International Airport.[13] In subsequent episodes characters mention by name several well-known Toronto neighborhoods, such as Parkdale and Scarborough, though these are both also residential areas surrounding New York City."
I have been watching! I love it! I think the actress who plays the clones does an amazing job. I don't feel like it's the same person playing each character. They did a great job casting her.
I am disappointed with the lack of answers on the season finale that aired on Saturday. And I REALLY don't want to wait for Spring 2014 for the next season.
I freaking love this show!!!! I'm glad someone brought up the official location of the show and the lack of continuity since. lol. They just need to change it to Toronto and we'll all be fine with that.
So mad that we have to wait an entire year for the next season to start. Gah!

Thanks for tagging me. wrathofkuus also watches, maybe she has caught up by now!
I actually looked to see if the lead female was a twin, because she does a great job of being in scenes with herself. I cannot imagine the challenge that would bring for an actor.

I did the same thing! And I had no idea which accent was really hers. She's Canadian, if anyone was wondering.

And Felix is also Canadian.
Man, I guess I really should go over to ML more. I love that people are talking about it. I'll look up those posts later.
Jordan Gavaris sounds nothing like Felix, like not even a little. It's amazing.
