I tried the D A D pictures and it did not work. Alex turns to stone when you put a camera in front of her. I usually need to hide the camera and then quickly sneak a picture when she smiles.

I need to figure out a Father's Day backup
I got one decent D ... I'm going to attempt the other two letters over the next few days.

I took Amelia to Al Lopez park yesterday to get some pics and they aren't great but I decided to go with it but when I got home I couldn't get them uploaded onto Walgreens, CVS or Target website and Amelia got very impatient with me. I think I'll stop at CVS on my way home from work tonight and do them in the kiosk to be super sneaky. Like I said, they're not great by any means, but it will be nice to have them each year to compare.

Whaat? You have the smiliest pics ever!
I swear if you put the camera or phone in front of her se just stares at it all serious.
Grrrr. My desktop is apparently virused. I just got all my pics cropped and when I was applying the promo code at checkout the pop up happened and I had to control alt delete without saving my uploads. I'm sleeeepy.

I've done a bunch of recipes and some other random things. I'm not overly crafty, but have found some things that are easy. Oh, plus done stuff for Q, worksheets, games, etc.
For Father's Day we are attempting her holding the wooden D A D letters for a 3 way frame and a coffee mug, but she is not being cooperative with the letter holding at all. I'm going to try again today. Now that it stopped raining we can do it outside and maybe that will help. But the thought of being outside makes me terrified of mosquito bites on my poor girl.
I did the DAD letters 2 years ago and it was a total nightmare. I only 1 morning to get it done, and Beckett was really feisty and uncooperative. I wound up hunched over in the grass, nursing newborn Maisy while trying to get Beckett to cooperate enough for some halfway decent pictures. Somehow though, I managed to get some really cute ones of both of them and the project actually came awesome.
I live looking at these, thanks for sharing! I def should have done the pics vertical instead of horizontal but I'll be damned if I'm doing that again. Next year.
Paper mache letters I sprayed with a hammered metal spray paint (I need to mount the camera so I can move him in here from the PNP in our bedroom - joys of master on a different floor)
Beginning of my starburst mirror - the adhesive on the first "row" doesn't feel very strong this morning, so I'm going to try something else.
