About once a month H makes meat sauce from scratch. We jar it and freeze or give away to family/friends. Store-bought marinara. And if we're feeling lazy, order in from Amecci's down the street.

Eat in. Even when I worked at the olive garden, I never understood why people went out for spaghetti. It's so cheap and easy to eat at home. Sauce almost always from a jar, noodles from a box. No meat. I have never made my own pasta and nave no inclination to do so. I do love fresh pasta though--but I usually get gnocchi, ravioli, etc., never just spaghetti.
Basically f. When I'm feeling really spiffy, I'll make the pasta and sauce, but usually this is one of our "easy" meals, so it's just jarred and boxed stuff.

Usually boxed pasta and either homemade sauce from the freezer and meatballs or a quick marinara fixed up jar sauce. I've made my own gnocchi before and I'd love to make my own pasta since fresh pasta is amazing but way too much work.

I'm a combo of b/c. I use boxed spaghetti noodles, or any shape really because it makes no difference to my family, and make a homemade sauce. I freeze the sauce and pull it out when needed.
Make sauce (with jarred tomatoes) and boxed noodles. My spaghetti sauce is better than restaurant spaghetti so I'd never order it - and there's lots of delicious Italian things to get at restaurants instead. Have never really met a jarred sauce I liked. Wish I was ambitious enough to make pasta.... BIL does it and it's yum.
Combination. We make fresh pasta every other month or so, but otherwise, it's boxed spaghetti. Almost always homemade sauce, I make and freeze sauce at the end of tomato season and use it all year long. If we are having actual spaghetti, I also make homemade meatballs.
Fresh spaghetti from a local place that our grocery store carries, homemade meatballs, drizzled with olive oil, and a little bit of fresh grated parm sprinkled on top. Neither of us really like red sauce.
Boxed noodles, sauce from a jar that I add veggies and meat to. I don't eat much wheat though, and I can't remember the last time I made spaghetti for dinner.
Boxed pasta about 95% of the time.Also don't like spaghetti but I do like bucatini with red sauce a lot. I have made noodles before. I do for guests or when I'm bored, they freeze well.
Homemade sauce (Italian, can't eat jarred sauce, it's against my religion). Boxed pasta or my mom's homemade pasta, depending on what I have. Meat does not belong with spaghetti folks, marinara only.

B. noodles will most likely be from a box forever in my house sauce is from a jar 90% of the time, the other 10% it is some combo of tomato products from cans - I'm not into cooking down some fresh tomatoes sometimes there is browned hamburger, sometimes meatless
rarely there are meatballs - I prefer meat sauce to meatballs, but DH likes meatballs. of the rare times there are meatballs 90% are the frozen kind
I've been doing gluten-free pasta lately (usually quinoa-based). I have no idea how to make that, but who am I kidding? I have never made pasta from scratch in my life. I have, however, made sauce from scratch.
