Traveling Sample Box Round 3 - Sign ups

Any interest in keeping it going?  Round 2 is in different spots with each box but I figured I would give people lots of time to sign up for the next round.

The number of boxes in this round will depend on how many people sign up and how scary huge round 2 boxes are when they get back to me.

Right now I will say sign up deadline in August 1st but if both boxes aren't back to me by then I will still take sign ups. 

Here is how it works:

I will start it with a box of various make-up/beauty samples. It gets mailed to the second person who takes what they want from the box and adds new items. Try to keep it fair. Don't take 12 items and put in two. Don't take all the high end items and only add drug store items. You get the idea.

Once you add/take ship the box on to the next person. You can put as many items as you want in the box. Samples or even full size if you wish.

So if you are interested send me a PM with your mailing address. Once everyone has signed up I will put the addresses in geographical order and ship to the first person.

When person 1 receives the box they PM me to let me know and I give them the address for the next person. Try to get the box moved on within a week.


It is optional but this is a lot of fun if each person posts pictures of what the box looks like when they get it, what they take, and what they put in. Keeps the momentum going.

Need opinions. Right now we have 24 people signed up. So we could do 2 groups of 12 or 4 groups of 6. I know we will have enough samples to get it going either way. Smaller groups would just mean we would get through the round faster.

Thoughts?

I would vote for smaller groups - the boxes are getting huge, which means more shipping for everyone, and this round seems to be taking forever (but maybe I only feel that way because I'm LAST, ha!).

This round hasn't gone nearly as quickly as the first round.
