Definitely a line, congrats! But yeah, I've had false positives AND false negatives on blue dye tests. Those things are crap. I'd pee on a FRER and a digital just for real confirmation.
ETA: And I know people say there's no such thing as a false negative, but I used a blue dye test and a FRER the day before my beta last time, and that beta was around 300. The FRER had a dark positive line and the clearblue came up stark white. There was more than enough HCG in my system for that thing to work.
My most recent false positive was just before I was going in for surgery. I took one just to be totally sure and it came up VERY positive. I went in to my fertility clinic for a blood test and got back a 0 beta.

That's totally a line! No question. Good luck, congrats, you'll be fine, and I wish u a happy healthy uneventful pregnancy. This us making me want a fourth baby.....hmmm
Also, I love your sig. But it's missing NPR. I'm not sure what that would be, but probably a very soothing story about the impact that the debate of Coke vs. Pepsi is having on small restaurants in Idaho and eastern Washington.
Congrats, lady! Don't stress about the logistics of finding a doctor, telling family, etc. Pick up a prenatal vitamin at the grocery store and take it one day at a time. You've got a long nine months to figure things out.
Congrats!! I had an oops pregnancy and once I met him, it was ok Just take your prenatals as soon as you can start and everything else will fall into place.
"This prick is asking for someone here to bring him to task Somebody give me some dirt on this vacuous mass so we can at last unmask him I'll pull the trigger on it, someone load the gun and cock it While we were all watching, he got Washington in his pocket."

Congrats!! Even though we had decided to have kids and were not TTA when A was conceived, we fully expected pregnancy, childbirth, infancy and even toddlerhood to be the suck. So we went in with very low expectations. As late as a month or so after he was born we still looked at people like they had three heads when they asked if we were excited or told us to cherish this.
We were blessed with an easy baby and at this point he's pretty fun. Not expecting the good makes it all the better. It's enough that I've wondered what it will be like to actually be excited next time.
Congrats! Glad I re-opened this one. Hope you have an easy and uneventful pregnancy.
Dh and I had "you know what could happen if we do this" sex once and DS is the result. Yay for sort of surprise babies. Based on DH's very scientific assessment (i.e. anecdotes from all of our friends) the baby will be a boy. According to him, all surprise babies are boys.
I did the Target brand prenatals with the fish oil/DHA supplement.
My surprise baby has been the best thing that ever happened to me - I know I've posted this a million times - but it cannot be said enough and I still tear up when I talk about it. He's always made every transition so easy on us, and I am so in love with being his mother.
I have a very good friend who lives in Houston and she has two little girls. If you'd like, I can get her to PM you about doctors. She posts on H&F some here.
