I have no idea to be honest. I'm starting to think the amount of vitamin D I take has something to do with it. Lol.
I've just started taking b12 in hopes that my body would get it together and i'd have some energy. I went for a very short jog, was exhausted and then thought "freaking goab is doing like 100 push-ups and had lost like 50lbs and her baby is months younger than mine".
I got home from a late dinner, and then I texted a friend about getting a drink bc I'm off tomorrow, but now it's been 20 minutes and I'm out of steam. My drive to continue is gone. I've not heard back from her, and I'm wondering if its ok to take out my contacts and go to bed.
I'm probably going to hear from her the second I wash off my makeup.

trying to ignore my low level of constant anxiety I've had this week. hoping if I stay up late enough I can catch h online while he's having breakfast.

I take 5000 IU of d3 daily. I'm not sure if that's too much, but it works for me.
