Hmm, I don't think so but who knows with my employer. Any news on your condo? If it makes you feel better, we've been stuck with our co-op in NY. We have a great renter in there but we still lose $$$ every month since market rental rates are nowhere near what it costs us to maintain it  .

Ugh, sorry you have to deal with that. IIRC, your condo is in a small building, right? Ours is in a unit of 25 I think, and I am shocked someone was able to buy something very recently without financing issues. GL asdfjkl, being an out of state landlord sucks if you don't have a great tenant. We've been renting ours out since I left in 2009. It was hell for the first two years with a bratty tenant but luckily we have a great and low key one now. Our goal is to sell it once we can get the mortgage paid down enough in a few years. Right now, we're so underwater it makes me want to cry just thinking about it.
