Perfect. Now when anyone from Ohio asks if we think she's pregnant, we don't even have to tell her to POAS. BFP for everyone, pretty much literally.
So I guess I should stop being obsessive during the 2WW. 13 cycles and I've been pregnant all along! WTMF.
I FUCKING HATE THIS GUY. I have hated him since he ran for governor; I spoke out against him. He has pulled some seriously shady BS since he's been elected. And yes. He wants to be a 2016 candidate.
Well he won't be getting my vote.
This is ridiculous on so many levels. Thanks men for thinking you can control the state of my uterus. I might as well break out the chastity belt now.
(A) "Fetal heartbeat" means cardiac activity or the steady and repetitive rhythmic contraction of the fetal heart within the gestational sac.
(B) "Fetus" means the human offspring developing during pregnancy from the moment of conception and includes the embryonic stage of development.
(C) "Gestational age" means the age of an unborn human individual as calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period of a pregnant woman.
(D) "Gestational sac" means the structure that comprises the extraembryonic membranes that envelop the fetus and that is typically visible by ultrasound after the fourth week of pregnancy.
(E) "Medical emergency" has the same meaning as in section 2919.16 of the Revised Code.
(F) "Physician" has the same meaning as in section 2305.113 of the Revised Code. (G) "Pregnancy" means the human female reproductive condition that begins with fertilization, when the woman is carrying the developing human offspring, and that is calculated from the first day of the last menstrual period of the woman.
(H) "Serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function" has the same meaning as in section 2919.16 of the Revised Code.
(I) "Standard medical practice" means the degree of skill, care, and diligence that a physician of the same medical specialty would employ in like circumstances. As applied to the method used to determine the presence of a fetal heartbeat for purposes of section 2919.191 of the Revised Code, "standard medical practice" includes employing the appropriate means of detection depending on the estimated gestational age of the fetus and the condition of the woman and her pregnancy.
(J) "Unborn human individual" means an individual organism of the species homo sapiens from fertilization until live birth.

I haven't had a period in 3 years (thank you IUD), am I considered infertile in the state of OH? Am I subjected to be thrown in the "Infertile Concentration Camps" ala "Handmaiden's Tale"? So every women who has a period every month is having a miscarriage, is she subjected to punishment for "endangering the well-being of a fetus" for having a normal menstrual cycle?
I think this would be a great opportunity for doctors (who know that this bill is BS) to simply go around the legislation and sign off on the ultrasound without actually taking the ultrasound. And not bill the insurance for it. Or do so if they're really strapped for cash. Either way, the whole thing is a mockery of the female gender. We're the only ADULTS that have laws that render us children, unable to make a decision without a "parent" (i.e: legislation). Last time I checked, I didn't sign power of attorney over to my legislation (although in CA, I'm not worried about them banning abortions)
I would also care more about that movement if they had just as much care and focus on what happens after that baby is born. It seems that is an afterthought.

They don't like hearing the studies that women are enjoying sex, shunning their traditional roles, and living life they way they want to. They want you to lie there and get inseminated, then stay at home raising a bunch of future taxpayers. After, which they're born, they don't give a shit about.
