A bunch of people on FB have posted about having either sugar cereal, cookie dough, potato chips, or the like for breakfast today.
Am I missing something, or do I just happen to have a bunch of friends who revert to being 5 year olds when they have the day off? (Not that there is anything wrong with that, I do it too, it just seems like such a trend today)

Are they normally super healthy and feel the need to let loose on a holiday? I don't feel the need to eat potato chips for breakfast because I can eat them anytime at lunch like a normal person.
Ha! I had cold pizza leftover from last night's dinner, but that's not unusual for me. I gave my daughter a Kashi blueberry waffle with frozen blueberries, raspberries and banana. She didn't appreciate the red, white and blue motif, but I did
I don't think it's necessarily uncommon to eat junk food on holidays although cookie dough and chips are a little odd to me. Now, if I had some fudge or chocolate cake, I'd be all over that for breakfast on the 4th of July... or any day, really.
Cold pizza for breakfast is the best. Chilli for breakfast? Oh dear, that sounds disgusting. Also, who posts on facebook what they are for breakfast, lol.
