DD's nursery is a similar color (Sherwin Williams Refresh - LOVE it) so here are some PIPs for inspiration with a carnival theme for a girl. You could run with carnival for a boy too with orange accents.

Buster! I totally know you! I have a freaky creepo memory for internet names..lol.

Slap it up! I want to see and so do the rest of us! We also love blogs in these parts. It's perfectly okay to put them in a relatable post (hey, yes, I have this color. here's my blog link!"). There's only an issue here when you start a post like, "Hey, this is my AWESOME blog. Check out the randomness." And then proceed to AW it out every hour. You're fine.

I guess the color is a bit brighter, but it's definitely bright aqua. We painted it when we moved in before we even knew if we were having kids and didn't want to repaint. It doesn't really have a theme, I'm not big on themes. Upcoming DD's room has no theme either.

I'm not crazy about theme stuff either, so I always like to see that. I just like a lot of color and pattern so that's kind of my theme, maybe with some cows thrown in.

And don't stock up on clothes..lol...people love LOVE to buy baby clothes. I literally have totes. I bought 2 outfits the entire first year.

Ha. That post is from last summer before DS was born. We actually got very few clothes for DS and I had to run out and buy him clothes. I think it's different for a girl. Except this is #2 so no showers. Guess I have to clothe my own baby

H&H 9 months!

We did a gender neutral nursery that is mostly that color, with espresso furniture and oak floors. It's really got all the colors in there, though... with the exception of red/pink. For DS, we added a navy blue beanbag chair and a canvas tote with a blue elephant on it for blankets and toys. Everything is the same for DD, but she's going to be getting a lavendar beanbag and she has a purple hippo tote

I know I'm way late to the conversation, but we used this wall color in our daughter's room.  

Valspar Aqua Ocean
It looks very similar to the one you posted. 

We accented with orange, reds, lime(ish) green.  Her name is Ruby and the red I used was more of a Ruby Red, rather than an apple/brighter red.  When I found this rug, the room came together.  It was the perfect inspiration:

The rug is called Nada Ombre from Pier One, but I think is discontinued.  I just thought it would show how the colors work together with the teal.  We didn't really do a "theme"...just used the color scheme as inspiration.
